We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Suites in Greensboro! Our room was spotless, and having a pull-out couch was such a great bonus for extra space. The location felt very safe and convenient, which made our trip even better.
A huge shout-out to Mrs. Pam, who went above and beyond to help organize pickup for the toiletries I accidentally left behind — truly exceptional customer service! And the sweet lady serving breakfast deserves all the praise; she was so warm, hardworking, and made our morning start off right.
Overall, an excellent stay. Highly recommend!

It was fine, especially for the price. Two major turnoffs (1) Perfume permeated the entire lower floor. So stong it made you choke. Clearly it was something they wanted todo as it was there the following morning as well. I guess they don't know that there are folks that are sensitive or allergic. (2) Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Made sense as there was no fan for the shower. It looked fairly new but there were quite a few swatches of it. I now know to look up when I check out a room; I didnt see it until the morning when I was showering. More annoying was the front counter person's reaction when I told them. 'Oh, I didn't know about that, sorry" Guarantee it is still there (rm 225).

Somehow we booked a king room vs a 2 queen room. Pam, the manager was so nice and accommodating to work out a bed in the room. So pleased with the hospitality and service. I stay here every year for Market.
