The suite was spacious and clean. Xamayka restaurant was excellent server was good and food was delicious.

My recent stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The female staff members were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — constant eye-rolling, lack of courtesy, and an overall negative attitude. It’s unfortunate because the male staff were the complete opposite: respectful, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival — it smelled unpleasant, the tub was dirty, and there were no bathrobes provided as advertised. I expected much better for the price and rating.
To make matters worse, the beach dinner was canceled without proper communication, and the limited dining options left very few choices for guests. Overall, this was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for. Management truly needs to address the attitude of certain staff members and improve cleanliness standards.

The pool was nice, however not enough lounge seating. The room was not up to par. Unable to fully control the thermostat, so the room got hot at night, and the bed was not comfortable. The floor and the shower was not the cleanest.

Check in was terrible paid a $16.00 fee that was required. Checking out got charged again for the same 16.00 fee because the guest service desk didn't update my payment!!! This was the worst vacation experience ever.

I had a private pool and did not visit the public pool. Bathroom was not properly maintained- shower floor was slippery grom dosp isef by previous visitors and all the counter tops had permanent ring marks from wet cups. Bathrooms needs to be refurbished. I was with someone who had mobility issues and at times no shuttle came. Why lie about getting someone to sit in a time share meeting though? We were told we were getting a tour othe property for the hotel's anniversary and in the end we would get a beach bag etc. Workers were friendly to the point of mild annoyance on my part. I would visit again because nowhere is perfect. Lots of rm for improvement.

The resort was lovely: clean, well maintained, gorgeous room and facilities. The staff was wonderful. Initially, I liked the food at the buffet, but they need to switch it up. 6 days of eating the same food got boring. The food at the sports bar was horrible. I did enjoy the food at the Asian restaurant. The entertainment was not good either. I would go back because the people and the resort itself were absolutely lovely

我在这里住了几天，不得不说这里的专业度简直糟糕透顶。我会给这次住宿打个2/10分，那2分是看在房间很不错而且食物也很好吃的份上。然而，泳池边的保安、娱乐人员和救生员，他们肯定都是在“性骚扰培训中心”受训出来的。我绝对不推荐任何独自旅行的女性，甚至是结伴同行的女性入住这里。老实说，我根本不推荐任何人来。就连让迷你冰箱补货都花了一整天打电话催，最后还得亲自跑到前台才解决。服务太差劲了。
