We had a good overall stay. The rooms were well maintained. The staff were welcoming and courteous. We enjoyed the hotel.

Be prepared to do a lot of walking. Even though they you can call for a ride. I suggest you be in shape or be prepared to walk and hike.

Elevator was not working every time we had to climb up and down reception to restaurant back and forth. Was not foxed upon multiple requests. Some dine in restaurant wait time and service time was longer.

Staff was very welcoming and professional. I felt at home From my welcome drink to check in. Reception Supervisor Melicia was courteous and accommodating throughout ? All the support staff and guest relations explained what restaurants were o]en and where to dine. The staff provided cart transport to amd from the room which was very convenient. Make one call and they're there to get you. The Bartenders at all the bars made great drinks and were friendly.

Given my trip was two weeks after the hurricane my experience was enjoyable although there were limitations to the all inclusive experience. There was only two restaurants to eat from so I had to spend money off the resort to get a tasty meal for all 10 members of my family. The staff were wonderful and did all they could to make our experience wonderful. Javae the Bartender was exceptional. He truly made our poolside experience the highlight of our trip. The food was okay, Some of the food was served cold, nothing to rave over. I did like the food from one restaurant for which I can’t recall the name.

I was staying at the Grand Palladium Jamaica resort during hurricane Melissa and staff tried to make the guest comfortable and they did their Best even know that Melissa was the worst Hurricane to hit the island . I am definitely going back just not in Hurricane season. pool area was nice, food drinks and staff wonderful.

Staff is lazy , dirty pool , jacuzzi is not working, small variety of food . Poor entertainment, very disappointed

我在这里住了几天，不得不说这里的专业度简直糟糕透顶。我会给这次住宿打个2/10分，那2分是看在房间很不错而且食物也很好吃的份上。然而，泳池边的保安、娱乐人员和救生员，他们肯定都是在“性骚扰培训中心”受训出来的。我绝对不推荐任何独自旅行的女性，甚至是结伴同行的女性入住这里。老实说，我根本不推荐任何人来。就连让迷你冰箱补货都花了一整天打电话催，最后还得亲自跑到前台才解决。服务太差劲了。
