I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location is safe, quiet, and very convenient, with great shopping options nearby. Everything was clean and well organized, and parking was easy and safe. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Room was very spacious. Hotel was conveniently located to where we planned on visiting. Staff were VERY helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was the same as most hotels which is fine with us...provided the essentials.

Courteous staff, clean room. Bed slept great and breakfast was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Bathroom tap was leaking, bathtub handle was falling, there were bugs in bathroom and coffee was not hot enough always, taste also bad.
No user needed entertainment option in the room.

Room was clean and spacious. We had the suite and it was great for our family of 6 (4 of which are young kids). Breakfast was plentiful. Enjoyed our stay. Stayed for 3 nights.

Clean and cozy atmosphere. Only one detail bothered me. We didn't arrive at the hotel for a pre reserved check-in til 3am as we were traveling on the road. Exhausted I proceeded to ask he'd be so kind to allow us a late check out..even 30 minutes would've been helpful. He quickly responded that would not be an option, stating that's only allowed for platinum members. He was polite but didn't convey empathy or attempt to make any effort to allow an exception. It seems to me they could've easily made a note to housekeeping to just clean our room last to allow an exhausted single mother and her 6 yr old daughter an extra hour of rest given the circumstances. Would suggest allowing some wiggle room for such situation. The check-in did not feel warm, inviting, accommodating or hospitable. The difference between a 7 star and a 9 star hotel are in those little moments that have the power of providing "a feeling" of comfort, safety and home. I lugged in a sleeping child , a full luggage rack and wagon without even the offer of help. My experience of course was only to that particular staff member and perhaps he was having an off night but it highly impacted my sentiments and review of the hotel and my Experience as a whole.

Travelled with my wife and child. The suite was very good. The room was clean and had sufficient space for us. The breakfast was also good. It was easy to find a parking spot for my car. I gave the hotel 5 stars.
