Our room was a bit dingy…some rust in the bathroom shower door encasement. Carpet outdated. Pull out sofa revealed Cheetos, a sock and a Michelob Ultra beer bottle cap. There were a few hairs in the bathroom when we first walked in. The toilet had what I thought was blood droplets in it but we concluded it was cleaner? The room card machine was down upon our arrival so we had to wait for someone to walk us up and let us into our room. We had our puppy so would have been nice if we could have had a room on a lower floor. We ended up on the 4th floor in the way back so taking him out to the bathroom was “risky”. Next time we are in town we’ll most likely try to find another place that has suites and allows pets.
The staff were all very friendly. We appreciated their kindness when we asked where something was in the breakfast area. We appreciated FREE laundry. Loved the outdoor area with the fire pit. Loved the area as it’s close to restaurants, drug store etc.

I never like staying at hotels that turn the AC off in the middle of the night. Hotel was great other than this which made sleeping difficult.

Very nice and comfortable bed. Clean kitchenette and bathroom. Beautiful room.
Worker needs to use plastic gloves while handling people's food.
A bad unclean smell in the hotel when entering, especially my room. It smells like your carpet in the hotel needs cleaned

We had an amazing stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. There are a few restaurants nearby so finding something to eat was a breeze. 8-12min ride to downtown where the partying happens.

糟糕的客户服务
房间本身非常漂亮宽敞，但客户服务却糟糕透顶。我当时正在工作，结果订了第二晚。我在App上预订后打电话到前台，特意让他们转告清洁人员，我预订了第二晚，工作期间请勿打扰。前台保证会通知清洁人员。清洁人员不仅在我打电话的时候敲我的门，而且在接下来的一个小时里又敲了三次门，试图强行打开门。尽管我每次都打电话到前台，再次告诉他们我会住第二晚，但当我要求与经理通话时，经理秘书却给我安排了电话，她滔滔不绝地解释为什么客房服务人员看错了信息。直接与客房服务人员沟通，而不是让他们依赖打印出来的信息，这有多难？第一次出错我可以理解，但三次之后就更难了？工作人员极其粗鲁，尽管我已经付了房费，但我还是离开了。不推荐这家酒店！
