Fantastic spa day and overnight stay at the Celtic Manor. Staff were courteous and professional in all areas of the hotel, food was superb, our suite was stunning, the spa facilities were wonderful. We had such a magical time.
We are already discussing our return!

高尔夫酒店房间很大，风景秀丽，设施旧些但很齐全。几家餐厅味道很好，早餐也很丰富，性价比高，服务人员热情有礼貌，停车免费，墙裂推荐。
预订这家酒店是为了参加附近的会议。我很喜欢尊享客房，房间很大，还带有一个休息区。免费赠送一瓶葡萄酒，或者可以选择几瓶无酒精饮料，这个小细节很贴心。酒廊提供的糕点为快速简单的早餐提供了方便。很享受康体中心的游泳池、喷射按摩池、桑拿房和湿蒸房。度假村周围的区域也很大，沿着林地小径走到高尔夫俱乐部，感觉很放松。入住尊享客房，很值得升级。
此酒店有六个餐厅，每一个都很有特色。摆盘精致，菜肴美味，服务周到。让人留恋忘返。自助餐菜品丰富，特别是甜品，值得品尝。
从不令人失望
酒店是渡假村，有著名高尔夫俱乐部和7家不同风格餐厅，泳池sap，房间有拖鞋，而且对入住时间和退房时间没那么苛刻。早餐也丰富！
客户服务太棒了，员工们都非常可爱且乐于助人。另外，房间里还有智能电视，非常适合看电影之夜！
那地方算得上是数一数二的好酒店了，是我住过体验最好的酒店之一。设施很齐全。唯一让我有点意外的是停车竟然不是免费的。
圣诞气氛浓厚，节日感十足。总体来说，我们住得很愉快，但是价格非常昂贵，而且还有一些小问题。
餐厅和水疗中心需要提前预订，这意味着我们无法使用水疗中心，也无法使用某些餐厅，因为我们是当天早上才预订的，而且已经没有空位了。我们只能叫客房服务，结果三明治等了一个半小时才送到，而且晚上10:30以后就没有热食了。
早餐不错，但是等了很久，离开那天我们去了招牌餐厅，等了40分钟，因为Olive/主餐厅更忙。
酒吧里有歌手和音乐家表演，氛围轻松，正是我们想要的，但是每杯鸡尾酒至少16英镑，价格太贵了。
我们抵达当天在招牌酒廊享用了一杯免费的普罗塞克（下午4点到6点之间），但是酒廊关门很早，所以我们之后就没再去过。
房间里的一些小问题——水、威尔士蛋糕和我们升级房间时点的葡萄酒都没有补充。没有开瓶器，电话也打不通，无法联系客房服务，我们找到工作人员等了一个小时，酒还是没送到，所以我们只好自己把酒拿去开瓶。如果使用苹果设备，无法连接到ScreenPlay，只能连接安卓设备吗？浴室里没有毛巾，也没有泡泡浴液，有点遗憾。
大部分员工都很友好，不过前台有些员工在我们索要水等基本用品时态度略显冷淡。礼宾部服务周到热情。酒吧和餐厅的服务人员也很细心。我们会再次入住（之前已经来过），并要求升级到特色客房。
