We have stayed at this location several times. It seems it has been newly renovated, everything was nice and clean and fresh.
The only complaint is the breakfast hot food was cold. Not sure if the catering pans had a heating unit on them but the potatoes and eggs were cold. I should have searched for a microwave to heat my food!

A couple bumps…not even mole hills.
Convenient location. Nice property. Nice room. Clean. Did not take advantage of free breakfast. Looked at pool; seemed ok. No hot tub. Hot water a little quick to run out around 9am or so…typical, but unfortunate. Complimentary bottled waters at check-in. Asked for late check out the night before. Was told the latest they could extend was noon. Website and check-in itinerary listed it as noon. Desk person said, “no, it’s 11:00.” So I got my checkout extended until the time I expected anyway. Need to have a team member meeting about check out time, or correct website/itinerary message. Unfortunate, again…not enough to keep me from going back, but enough to make you go, “hmmmm.” Overall, very pleased. Just confirm any questions you may have…don’t assume.

Mostly Great
The pool was clean and offered some toys for the kids to play with. Service was friendly. The only issue was that we found food in the floor that wasn't ours.

From the moment I entered the doors I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello from staff! They were very nice and check in was smooth! My room was very spacious and clean! Would definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was horrible. The lady working it acted like she hated her job. The Omelettes and sausage weren’t cooked enough. The trays of fruit and hard boiled eggs were empty.
