the entire stay was a great experience, there is one thing that we quickly did not like , the pricing at the hotel bar was excessive my wife and I ordered 1 glass of white wine and a draft beer, the total cost came out to $28.00 , we previously stayed at Hilton Philadelphia recently the cost was half of that. So inevitably we did not use their bar or restuarant , their were local bars and restuarants with reasonable prices and good food . This is important to know, we would have prefered to dine and have a drink their, also important to note .The bar was seldom occupied by any guests except for weekend group get togethers. If the Hyatt reduced their costs to reasonable pricing the long term results would be incredible, not to mention that we would be more likely to return their. thank you for the oppurtunity to respond Scott Petryshak 814-322-8472

It was our third stay. Great holiday and wonderful staff - room cleaning ladies and at the bar Igor and Miguel .

Excellent value, especially for Naples. We came here for a two nights stay for my birthday and were pleased with staff and the value, for such a great location at such a quality hotel.
We arrived late and went looking for food elsewhere only to find out most places were closed at 9 PM. We were thrilled to find the hotel's restaurant & bar were still open. The food was so amazing, we ate all but one meal there. The bartender was very friendly as was the front desk staff.
The view from our room, which was on the water, was spectacular and the pool was pure perfection. It made for a very nice short getaway.
One note of caution;
There is an airport nearby and the planes descend, at a very low altitude, while coming in for a landing, directly over the pool area multiple times per day. Although they are mostly smaller planes and small jets, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone suffering from PTSD because you hear the planes coming before you see them and they sound a bit like a missile. Children however would love it!

The room was spacious, we had a wonderful room with a balcony overlooking the marina. The only bad thing i would say is breakfast is the exact same thing everyday. There us no wafflemaker so its eggs daily. We went out to breakfast after 2 days. There are no shops around at all. Latitde 26, the restaurant/bar is rather expensive and they put 20% on every check

it was noisy and crowded, there were a lot of people and even on the rooms you heard people talking.
When i reserved i read it was uncovered self paeking and it was optional to pay 27 dollars for a covered secured self parking, so it was my decision where to park, so well that was not true, the only option was pay the 27 dollars fee.
