Our room was kept clean at all times. Towels were changed daily which was great.
One thing I would like to recommend is that you place families with children in the same area of the hotel. I got woken up every morning before 07:00 without fail by a young child who was shouting for her parents for at least 20 min before they came to her. That is not fair to adults who are trying to have a vacation which includes sleeping in. This is easy to address and I'd encourage you to take action immediately as I would say this spoiled my vacation to some extent. It's as bad as me banging on their door after 10pm.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was extremely clean and the service was top notch. I had called ahead for an early check in but they didn’t have availability but when we arrived early I thought I’d ask again and they were able to get us in. The room was comfortable and very clean. It had a kitchen and it look liked it was never used it was so clean
The restaurant/bar was nice, food was good and service was great.
The pool was nice with lots of lounge chairs to pick from. It right on the cove and has a nice walking path around it.
Breakfast was included and it was hot, replenished quickly and good.
Across the street there is a whole area of bars and shops.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will be back.

The rooms facing the main thoroughfare do not have proper sound insulation and the private airport final landing approach is directly above this hotel. Skip it if you want to sleep....

我预订了一间图片上显示带有阳台、可欣赏海湾景色的房间。抵达后，我却被告知我预订的房间实际上并不面向大海。由于这是个特殊的日子，我询问是否可以安排，但酒店唯一提供的替代方案是一间配备两张大床的房间。虽然阳台的景色很美，但对于我和丈夫来说，在生日度假期间入住一间配备两张单人床的房间，实在令人尴尬和失望。
此外，尽管我多次提及这是我的生日之旅，但酒店员工的反应却微乎其微。办理入住时，前台接待员完全没有注意到这一点，也没有提及此事；当天晚些时候，当我取回朋友送来的生日礼物时，只有一位接待员随意地说了声“生日快乐”。酒店没有提供任何特别的礼物，没有小的升级，没有迎宾饮品，甚至连一张简单的贺卡都没有。我并不奢求什么奢华的待遇，但在酒店行业，一些小细节往往能带来很大的不同，尤其是在特殊的日子里。

员工友善热情，房间略显冷清，但部分房间（河景房）景色优美。房间内仅提供基本设施，但对于短期入住来说足够了。我们最初入住的房间离马路很近，所以运气不太好，但最终问题得到了解决。
他们给我们安排的房间阳台门关不上，他们说会派人来修，结果一个多小时过去了，人都没来。我们去了三次跟他们交涉，他们才终于给我们换了房间。而且房间里还有蟑螂。
房间需要维修，咖啡壶也需要更换。百叶窗脱轨了。阳台不太好上去。不过酒店位置很好，房间本身也很宽敞漂亮。员工非常友善。
