酒店回复: Why the people was not honestly on the feedback. You did not show up and no phone call to cancel it. I was one who stays day and night at office. I also called the number on reservation at 20:51 on May 10th. NO ONE answer the phone. ******* has to fellow the cancellation policy if you did not show up or phone call.

酒店在大路边，占地很大，环境很好，坐在2楼的房间门口的廊道里，可以看马路上的车来车往，景观不错。
房间也比较大，卫生间和洗脸池是分开的，很不错，设备还不错，床铺比较舒服。
空间还算宽敞，但床单上有污渍，地板很脏，而且没有微波炉，这与实用信息上说的完全相反。此外，如果4个人住一晚以上，房间里的储物空间也不够。早餐很方便
这套房产潜力巨大，但已经破旧不堪。只需进行简单的翻新就能带来很大的改善。业主需要对这套房产进行一些投资。
如果可以的话，我绝对会给零星。这个地方很不友好，没有工作人员，而且很脏，维护也很差。结果因为这个，我没住下。钱也没退。
这是一个舒适安静的地方——虽然工作人员很友善，但整个周末我们都没有客房服务。所以当我想多要些毛巾和枕头时，却没有人。只有一扇锁着的门，门上贴着一张纸条，上面没有注明他们什么时候回来……第二天我们想退房的时候，他们仍然不见踪影。
酒店确实需要一些整修，只是一些小问题……我真的很喜欢按摩浴缸，床也很舒服。
然而，由于没有客房服务，我们不会再住这家酒店了。很遗憾……不过，夏洛特敦的地理位置确实更好一些。
