This motel as listed at 2316 Shepherd of Hills Expy was closed on our arrival. We had stayed at this motel in past and it was just like in photos and very nice. We found the Days Inn moved up the street about 1/2 mile, 3033 Shepherd of Hills Expry. It was OLD and NOT good at all. Difference of night and day. because it was "pet friendly" we had our pet with us. Starting at entrance it was down hill " literally". Parking area not cared for dirty and all cement, no place for pet to walk. Our room needed lots of repairs. Floors not clean ( i had to whip up water and rag was black), back of door had something red and sticky on it ( I whipped that off), the ceiling in bathroom was all stained from old leak, the bed had metal base that make banging noises when you moved and you could hear that from the other rooms. We had to ask for more towels because they only had 2 towels and 2 wash cloths, toilet paper and Kleenex. Not a full roll toilet paper and no Kleenex. The breakfast was not good and when we went to room it was supposed to be, there was NO one around. They had breakfast bars, donuts and cereal and bread for toast sitting out. So, we had to leave and pay for additional breakfast. Not at all inviting. We took care of our business in town and we left a day early. The only plus was the people at office were friendly, helpful and professional. The host company should have made that change on website when the original location closed. Giving you an option to cancel at no charge and rebook someplace else. For our family we won't be choosing Days Inn in the future.

i reserved two rooms at the last minute and upon arrival both rooms smelled and had dirty floors and refrigerator filthy, no towels , carpet not vacumned, all counter tops sticky and drawers. bathroom floor filthy , shower did not drain. I called and complained and management did send a housekeeper up but she only had one rag and a spray bottle . rooms still smelled and carpets remaind dirty and counters remained sticky. management was uninterested in reimbursing me antthing . I will never stay there again. I have stayed at many DAYS INNS and this was the worst! our luggage smelled after we left. Avoid this motel.

Don't be deceived by the drawing of the hotel. It is old, needs a lot of attention. My door had a 1/4" gap in it. I could see the dead bolt. It wouldn't have taken very much to kick it in. The carpet was wet from the a/c. Wi-fi is not secure and choppy. Couldn't keep connected more than 5 minutes without being dropped. I fell asleep shortly after 10 p.m. having driven all day. At 11:15 p.m. I received a text that woke me. It was from Quality Inn asking me for a rating. People book a hotel to sleep. This was actually worse than a robot-call. I would NEVER book a client of mine in this outdated hotel. I would give this hotel a zero if I could. Strangely enough, their web site has everyone loving it, giving it good ratings. I wouldn't stay here if they paid me.

I went with my dad and handicap mom. My dad let him know ahead of time mom was handicap and when we got there they ended up putting us on the farthest room. my mother almost passed out awful manager!

if you are looking for a no-frills hotel that is clean and friendly this is it .we stayed 6 nights and were pleased with all apects . This is not one of your newer hotels so dont expect that type of room . the service however is 5 Star rated .

Conveniently located without being snarled in traffic. Easy access to Sight & Sound Theatres, Tanger Outlets, and the Showboat lunch cruise. Close to downtown and Branson Landing which our dogs enjoyed for an evening walk and ice cream. Close to numerous restaurants. Good location, good rooms and good breakfast. Would recommend.

It started weird. He handed me our toiletries in a bag on our way to our room. I should have known then, it would go downhill. The room, washcloths, bathroom floor were all dirty. The floor hadn’t even been vacuumed. The sink was gross. Mold above the shower. And that was just cleanliness. Curtains and nightstand were both broken. It was late, we were tired. We stayed one night, even though we had paid for 2. It was gross. My daughter…”I’d rather sleep in the car, than sleep in there another night “. My other daughter wouldn’t shower, chose to wait and shower at my aunt’s house. It’s in desperate need of a deep deep cleaning.

Highly recommend against using *********** or Days Inn. Spoke with BAV at the hotel who agreed to charge 1/2 cancellation fee, which was awesome. Then I spoke with Anthony at *********** who told me it will be no charge after speaking with them. Days Inn still charged me $60.35 because they couldn't be bothered to process the request after speaking with ***********. LAZY. The charge has been disputed with my credit card company, and I will highly advise against using *********** and Days Inn. They will never receive my business again.

We decided at the last minute to stay another night in Branson and stopped in this days inn. The front desk personnel greeted us immediately and we were in our room in no time. The room was clean and quite.

Place was disgusting , carpet had not been vacuumed you could see the filth in the bathroom corners . If fact there was trash that had fallen behind the television stand that had been there for how long.
