酒店各方面都很满意，服务很好，设施也好，位置也好。第一次到加拿大出差。入住这家酒店，整体都很满意，下次来加拿大还住这个酒店
我们一家人在这家酒店度过了一段美好的时光。我们是两位大人带三个孩子，租了一间带两张大床的套房。前台工作人员非常乐于助人，很有礼貌，总是面带微笑，并且解答了我们所有问题。套房很棒，空间很大，适合家庭入住，有两台电视，而且非常干净。床很舒服，我们睡了个好觉。酒店位于一个小型度假区中央，附近有很多餐馆和其他便利设施。绝对会推荐这家酒店。
房间卫生很好，周边华人区，办事也方便，遗憾的是，淋浴花洒也是装固定的，冲凉很不人性化。入住当天，天气很冷，空调暖气开了接近三小时后才有感觉暖和点。房间的内灯光控制设计也不合理！
我们一卧室套房的沙发床太糟糕了。而且第二天他们甚至把沙发床的床上用品都收走了。桌子上还留了一条脏抹布。我给客房服务和前台打了无数次电话都没人接，最后我不得不亲自下楼去拿我的床上用品。

酒店周边环境不错，很方便。餐厅很多，通过一个通道，可以去到一个购物村，那里有很多店铺。
之前住过一次，各方面还可以，不成想这次踩雷了。前台check in巨慢，然后一进房间一只巨大的绿头苍蝇在飞舞，用时20分钟也不知最后赶走没。接着发现房间紧邻高速，噪音巨大，电话跟前台反映想换对面房间，被果断告知房已满，不能换。后提着行李到前台，表示不能换房就退了，一个名牌叫***************表示既换不了房间也不能退钱，倒是可以考虑找个人去房间赶苍蝇，无语，最后经携程交涉换了个走廊尽头的房间，钱是不能退的。
非常适合我们偶尔的旅行，员工也很友善。
干净整洁卫生
车可停酒店门口，等办理入住后拿卡再去旁边的免费停车场。房间干净，设施都挺新。楼下有星巴克，饭店可以看比赛吃饭喝酒聊天，商场也在附近。
