The staff were friendly and easy to work with, but our stay was extremely uncomfortable. Our room thermostat read at 73 and when we tried to adjust it to make it more comfortable in the room it stayed at 73. We were staying the night of our wedding so we do wish it was more enjoyable, but overall it’s a nice hotel!

This is a very nice hotel, I can't say it was worth the price but it was comfortable, clean and had some nice features.

The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. We were disappointed in the service all the way around. There was no coffee in the rooms at all and since there is no room service we were told we had to go downstairs for it. We waited 45 minutes because they said they needed to make more and continued to serve the rest of the restaurant and other people coming through. They obviously forgot about us and didn't even offer an apology when we mentioned it. Housekeeping didn't come by even when we asked for them since our trash was full and we needed more towels. Also, when we were trying to load up our bags to get to our room, we were told WE would have to go to other floors to find a cart.

Didn’t get to check in as early reservation like agreed upon with worker prior to check in didn’t get the room I reserved no balcony which I reserved 1 1/2 hour late to check in because it wasn’t clean so had to take whatever room was clean , air conditioner didn’t work the room was 75 degrees

Was nice to stay at an historic like the Warrior Hotel. The standard room is not huge and the walls are not as noise proof as I would like , but the overall experience was very good.

Very cool hotel! We enjoyed the look of the building, the room, and the beds were so comfy we didn't want to get out of em'. The bathroom in our room was super nice. Heated toilet seat a tv in the mirror and the shower/bathtub was lovely. We also enjoyed the hot tub, a game area where bowling is and the food at the restaurant there. Only problem I had was we had 3 guests in our room and not enough coffee or towels but not a huge deal. We will be back for sure.

Room was subpar in terms of cleanliness. Could've been cleaner underneath furniture and bathroom fixtures. We paid for a suite so it is expected to be pristine. Ants were a problem in our suite as well but the hotel as a whole was very beautiful.
