We decided to stay another night, and ended up in the same room. The first night I noticed the shower walls were not very clean and the next night, they still had not been cleaned. Also, I had called to make sure the pool was working a few days before our trip, and they said yes. We get there and they said it was down for maintenance. We stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year and every time there seems to be an issue with the pool. We have yet to get to swim in it. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Awesome Hotel

The Hotel overall was great!!! The room was nice and loved the personalized greeting on the tv. Loved everything about the room and the woman at the desk was nice. Great Hotel!!!

I like that was very convenience and close to our relatives house. Walmart store so close.

I did not like that the room did not have a safety box, the bathroom did not have bathroom ventilation extractor.

The maid did not made our room a day prior to our departure.

It’s been 15 years since we had been in Crete. This hotel an amazing addition for community. The front desk attendant very kind and helpful. The breakfast options were good. Absolutely no complaints!

Didn’t have time set aside for workout room or pool.

Great place

It was the perfect location to visit family in the area. The room was extremely comfortable. We had a sweet couch breakfast downstairs was wonderful and the pool is adorable.
