This room was booked through *******. This is a very unsafe hotel. I checked in and left due to rudeness of receptionist and unsafe surroundings. I left and booked at another location. ******* says I need to pay 150.00 upfront to get my 308.00 back. This is a rip off. Shut this place down now.

The rooms are disgusting! Beds are stained and the rooms are full of roaches and bugs! Horrible room service. Their pictures online are nothing compared to what the actual rooms look like. Nasty facility that needs to be deep cleaned and have bug exterminate those rooms very THOROUGHLY!!!!

I have visited this location on 2 separate occasions, once on April 1st and the other back in December, and both times I was helped by Fallon at the front desk. My company books these rooms for myself & other drivers through **********. Both times there were issues with the reservations & Fallon went above & beyond to help me get it sorted out. Had she not known what to do & who to call, I would of been lost! ********** gave us so much trouble getting the booking straight that it was ridiculous! All of this took place at 2:30am, a time I really wouldn't of wanted to call my boss & Fallon guided me on what to say & do with perfection. All hotels need knowledgeable employees like Fallon working for them. I could really tell she enjoys her job because she knows it well & was willing to help when she could of told me to figure it out myself. My own coworkers who made the reservation would not of helped me as much as she did! Besides the excellent customer service, this hotel is nice. They redid alot of the flooring since the last time I was here & the beds are soft, so I get a good rest while I'm there.

My family & I had had a great stay at this Red Roof. Fallon at the front desk was so accommodating & nice. She put us on the first floor & put all our rooms together! Every request I had, she fulfilled. Best service I've ever gotten at a hotel. Highly recommend & would return a thousand times!

I stayed here one night to attend the Race in Darlington, The Management, Fallon and Chris C. were Great! The room I stayed in was great and I plan on staying here again next year for the races, Fallon helped me secure a reservation at this hotel for next year, thanks for a great experience.

I made a reservation through a third party booking...big mistake...book directly through the hotel & save yourself the headache! I called several times and kept being told no one could help me, but then I came in & Fallon was working & she went above and beyond to help. She looked up numbers, submitted a ticket for me, & did everything she possibly could to try to get a hold of the third party booking agency. We still couldn't get anyone on the phone, but I'm hoping they will respond to the ticket. I just wanted to leave a review to let others know, if you have a problem, ask Fallon. If she can, she will help you. Every hotel needs people like her working for them. You can tell she likes her job & cares about people.

The hotel was great. Rooms were clean. Fallon at the front desk was very helpful. She went the extra mile to sign me up for the promo. She is an asset to this hotel! Highly recommend if you are traveling on I95 and looking for a place to stay. Prices are low too. Great value.

If we weren’t so tired from being on the road we would have left this spot as quick as we got there. From opening the door, everything was horrible. We had to fight the door nob to open the door, and when we finally got it open, the room smelled stale. Before we put our things down my fiancée used the cleaning sprays and disinfectant to clean the room, it was very dusty, and dirty, even the ice buckets had caked on dirt and dust. It was a lil cold but the only thing that worked was the air, the heat component on the wall did not work. There were random hairs around the room that did not belong to us and when it came to the bathroom, there was dried blood/fecal matter on the door and walls. Not to mention the tub was rusted and it looked like there was black mold on the ceiling. We couldn’t sleep well and left as soon as the sun came up. I would never ever go back to this spot, it was very disgusting. We need a refund, because its the audacity for me.
