Parking at its best was bad. No shuttle service to major event. Business friendly? I’d have to say NO. The Wi-Fi was terrible. Even the front desk had trouble processing credit cards. When we had a meeting online it kept losing connection and we would have to start again.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Friendly Staff, Nice Pool and Breakfast! The Rooms were really nice! I absolutely love this hotel!

Not great but convenient
Hotel isn’t the cleanest but more in an old dinged up way. The entire facility could use a strong vacuuming. We were supposed to get free parking, but the lot was full so we had to pay to park at a garage further away. Bed is pretty bad, but we were just needing a place to stay after a concert.

A couch in our room is a bit dingy. It could use a good cleaning but other than that it was a nice room.

Overall stay was good, breakfast was good, only issue was for parking, parking ramp was full when we arrived late and parking on the street was confusing, We ended up getting a parking ticket because we didn't read the sign correctly ended up paying $30 ticket

Room for improvement.
Our room 512 wasn't clean. There were someone else's sandles that were in the closet, there was strangers hair stuck to the shower walls, the tub wouldn't drain, the toilet seat was loose, then I spotted a chocolate chip along one of the walls in the room. Then the other room had what looked like cat food back in one of the corners. The staff was very friendly and kind the breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Good coffee. We just expected more out of the rooms.
我之前住过很多家凯悦酒店，但不幸的是，这家是我住过最差的一家。淋浴发出像汽车引擎一样的噪音，而且水压要么很大，要么就是毛毛细雨。早餐是冷的，咖啡是空的，奶精也是空的，8:15 就到了。停车场就在街对面，在爱荷华州停车要收 30 美元一晚！太失望了，我再也不会住那里了。

总体来说还不错。入住后，我房间的沙发被飞风除臭剂弄湿了。前台很快就帮我换了房间，这很好。但是那天晚上我洗完澡后，发现除臭剂的分配器已经空了。😑😑😑 我不得不出去。下楼去前台拿一瓶……
