Reserved handicap room and did not get that 2st nighr. Shower was bŕoke an not usable. Toilet did nt flush. 2nd day moved to a different room that did not have 2 queen beds as was reserved, had to use sofa bed which was like sleeping on pipes. Bathroom was extremely dangerous especially for handicap person, floor was like ice when wet from the shower which could not be avoided. Extremely disappointed!

Very nice lodging property. Offering Dove products in the bathroom was nice. The continental breakfast was more than sufficient--especially the self-serve pancake maker. The room and hotel spaces were very clean.

酒店很棒，房间宽敞又干净。早餐也很好。
地理位置绝佳。附近有很多餐厅可供选择，而且步行就能到Tanger奥特莱斯购物中心。酒店和房间都很干净。套房里有很多USB充电口。床很舒服。浴室干净明亮。唯一要说的是，他们需要提高淋浴喷头的出水压力。酒店有泳池和健身房。我强烈推荐，下次出差还会再来。
他们来晚了，不肯给我延迟退房，说他们很忙。然后就在我们上午11点退房之前，一个清洁人员未经允许就闯进了房间，门上还挂着“请勿打扰”的牌子。我简直不敢相信。我从来没有遇到过这样的事。我和妻子都惊呆了。那个自己留下来的人只是看了我们一眼，什么解释都没说就走了。
我们订了两间套房，两间都没锁。为了安全起见，我们不得不把行李放在车里。我们一开始告诉前台，他们不相信，要求去检查，于是我丈夫就跟着他们去了。他们确认两间房都没锁，事实上，走廊对面的房间也没锁。
清洁人员直接就进了房间，即使门上挂着“请勿打扰”的牌子，他们也没敲门问问房间里是否有人。我和妻子都惊呆了。门需要双重锁。陌生人直接走进房间，很不安全。
总是很好
始终是一个绝佳的选择。早餐非常好，住宿条件很好，地理位置优越，靠近购物区、餐厅和其他服务设施。
