As per our files, despite the fact that check in time is 15:00, Reception staff managed to check in you earlier than the official time. Furthermore, an upgrade to a sea view Jacuzzi was offered to you in order to enjoy your holidays to the fullest and we are happy to see that you were happy with the new room offered. Therefore, it is really unfair to express such an unfair and undeserved opinion about Reception staff for their efforts.Concerning the main pool, please note that we are highly aware of its popularity and preference due to its design and vibe. As it appears to be a top choice for our guests, we always recommend them to use our two other outdoor swimming pools and the beach with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas available. Regarding the guests, who are arguing, kindly be informed that the hotel is responsible neither for the behavior nor for the manners of our guests. Please be informed that in case of any issue we always recommend our guests to approach our Reception and Guest Relations teams which are always at customers’ disposal. 我们在这里度过了愉快的时光,设施和服务都很棒。
唯一让我们失望的是餐饮,无论是早餐、午餐还是晚餐都令人不满意。只有海滩/泳池边餐厅额外付费的食物才配得上酒店的档次,也才称得上美味。
这里没有免费饮用水,矿泉水的价格是附近超市的13倍。
即使你很早到达,泳池边的所有躺椅都已经被占用了。人们甚至会离开几个小时去吃饭或睡觉,却依然霸占着躺椅,可惜酒店员工对此却置之不理。

一家漂亮的酒店,服务和海滩都无可挑剔。

酒店和房间都如图片所示。早餐、午餐和晚餐都非常好,而且种类繁多。我强烈推荐这家酒店
只是有个小问题,清洁女工没有彻底打扫房间,也没有更换客人使用的杯子和玻璃杯。
外表多于实际
我们在酒店住了4晚,不明白好评是因为服务。前台服务不礼貌,退房时很不在意,连谢谢都没有说,吃早餐等了很久才有人来。房间和酒店大楼以及总体位置都非常好。然而,我们对泳池躺椅的情况感到震惊,我们从未经历过这样的事情!泳池早上 9:00 开放,虽然酒店规定不允许预订太阳椅,但从早上 8:15 起,人们就拿着毛巾在泳池边排队了!甚至为此设置了障碍。这样您仍然可以获得泳池的免费位置!这确实是最后一件事,而且非常不愉快。结果大家同时去吃自助早餐,所以人满为患。

主游泳池没有地方
音乐太大声,游泳池无法进入,太多人和尖叫的孩子,第二个游泳池有点可笑,但只有在这里我们可以放松,因为海滩上没有免费的躺椅,有大石头才能进入,你必须穿凉鞋还有很多其他更美丽、更别致、更豪华、价格更低的地方
除此之外,还有可爱的餐饮工作人员的欢迎,房间又漂亮又舒适
非常好的酒店。
我们预订了早餐和晚餐。然后酒店让我们决定是否宁愿吃午餐而不是晚餐。我们认为这很棒并且经常选择午餐。晚上我们通常在城里的各个餐馆吃饭。
