I’ll check in, I will treat it as if I was interrupting something. The staff was annoying and not helpful. Although I stayed a total of 10 days, my room key seemed to not work after every day and I had to get new ones from the staff, frankly, my next visit, I will see other hotel Options.

I was a little upset when we checked in took about 5 min to find someone to even check us in, we went down later to see if they had do not disturb sign no one at front desk, we needed a receipt upon checkout no one around we waited rang bell still no one

We had to ask for cups and plates. Staff brought me paper cups and plastic utensils. I had to go back down for real cups. No bathroom supplies. Luckily, I brought my own. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Would not stay again even though it’s close to my son’s apartment. I asked for early checkin when I got there at 1;00 (checkin at 3:00). I had to pay $13 an hour!!

Check was scheduled at 3:00pm. Arrived at 8:20 pm and room not ready until 10:40 pm. Was informed at arrival at 8:20 that room would be ready in 20 minutes. In reality it was 2:20 minute wait.

Basic decor but all the amenities necessary for an extended stay hotel. You do have to ask for what you need as they don’t fully stock every room, but the staff is friendly and helpful.
We only stayed for one overnight as we were just passing through. There were a few cosmetic repairs that could be done but nothing that affected our very comfortable stay.

It says on the ******* website that breakfast is included. So coffee and packets of grits were the only thing there. So please don't advertise breakfast if there is no breakfast. The room was lackluster at best with cheap furniture, but clean. Bed was sub-par. Bathroom vent fan did not work and there was no hairdryer. I realize this is an extended stay hotel but how bout some shampoo in the bathroom!

We checked in at 9 pm only to be told that our "assigned" room was not ready. Maintenance person, who was staffing the front desk, told us they were short-staffed, then went to check on the status of the room he wanted to give us. Why assign a room if it's not going to be ready on time?

My stay was short (three days), but enjoyable. The property was a minute off of the busy thoroughfare and quiet. The room was clean and adequate. The mattress was firm, if that’s your preference.
I was checked in and assisted by the GM, Kelly. He took care of all my requirements with a smile and patience. He inquired each time I saw him, asking if I needed anything. I look forward to staying at this particular property the next time I am in the area.
