Parking area looks safe but a big turn off for me was the fact that they had no elevator. They had a two flight of stairs and trying to log a big suitcase upstairs even just to the second floor was a chore.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and felt safe. There had been recent renovations to the ceiling of the room which were noticeable, but didn't present any issues for us.
