The prior reviews were not reflective of the condition of the hotel. The hotel lobby/breakfast area were not clean. The rooms were old, clean enough. Price for the room was reasonable.

We were there just for the night. There was no hot water in our room spoke with the front desk that night, and we were told there was nothing they could do until they could get someone in there to look at it.
The restroom in the lobby was out of service was told the same thing

I pulled up our notes for the dates you were here. During this time we had our lobby bathroom closed due to a water leak. This shouldn't have effected other parts of our hotel. But when being on the 4th floor it can sometimes take a few minutes for the water to get hot. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay.

The place was nice, clean, and comfortable. my only problem was the TV, it wasn't hooked up to cable, WIFI or usable unless you were a wizard with your smart phone. I didn't care for that.

The lady that checked us in REFUSED to give me my room on the first floor even though im physically disabled. I had sceduled the room for over a week prior to us showing up. She was very rude and kept placing people on the first floor after she told me there were no rooms with a queen bed on the first floor.

We don't have any of those rooms on the ground floor but they are just over from the elevator on each floor. According to the notes I read we didn't have anything available on the ground floor. We do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay with us.

The room is definitely outdated, and the TV didnt work. Great staff though, and Cracker Barrel is only a short walk. The place needs an upgrade and please fix the TVs

I love everything about the Baymont from the friendly staff to the people who actually clean the rooms. Everyone is just so nice and respectful and I always feel safe when I stay there would recommend Baymont to everyone.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Service desk was very courteous. Very nice indoor pool and hot tub.
