Room was DISGUSTING. Unfortunately we had to book a room while driving, it was too late to keep going to our destination. It was 1000% obvious the cleaning crew only do the beds, toilet and shower. There was a pot cigarette we found half smoked in the lamp next to my friend's bed. "Ah so that was the pot smell." When we told the front desk, they asked why we didn't throw it away. Cause I'm not touching that! That's a YOU thing. There was some substance on the light switch/toilet paper holder, that I really hope was jam. Again, if it wasn't for the great bed I would have just said, let's sleep in the car. Friend went down to check out the breakfast, she said to skip. So we went to grab stuff at the gas station across the street.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I was slightly disappointed on how run down this hotel was. The room was clean enough but the side door to outside security lock was broken. The landscaping overgrown and trash everywhere outside. The hotel seems to be connected to another in same way. That has broken windows, an overgrown outdoor lounge area. Boarded up windows. Abandoned shopping carts. Random flipped over chairs…
I want to say again, while super disappointed on the condition of the hotel itself, the staff was very nice!

Simply disgusting
Do not stay at this hotel. It is gross. Top to bottom. Filthy. Only one light bulb worked throughout our room. Ceiling in the room was almost falling in, with terrible leak stains. Tiles falling off the wall in the bathroom. Dirty everywhere. Never again!!!

After reading other reviews, our stay and room were surprisingly pleasant. Check in went quickly, both rooms we stayed in were nice and clean. Breakfast was nice and food looked good. Pool area and pool were clean. Gym was the same way. Would stay another night if we were back there

Our room had not been cleaned. Was obviously just a mistake and was fixed promptly but there were no other rooms available in the same style so we needed up in a two bed room. Bummer but not the end of the world. Staff was nice situation was annoying.

Our room, 103, was comfortable and clean.
There was no hair dryer that I could find and fortunately I didn't need one.
The breakfast was mediocre. The juice machine was broken so instead there was a pitcher with orange liquid which tasted like Tang.
