Love staying here. Have stayed here numerous times. But this was our first time on 2nd floor — the view was an eyesore — roof of neighboring restaurant. It was very loud. Could not open sliding door because the rooftop equipment was so loud.

I loved the layout of our King room, the kitchenette was great. It was easy to get to the pool, gym and game room for kids.

The manager and front desk person and bell person were incredibly helpful an accomodating!
Cons: The food was really expensive for the quality.
The first room I got had exhaust fans right outside the door - loud and awful to look at. 2nd floor rooms have bummer views.

I would give 5 stars but I thought our room had a view. It did but it was of the entrance and valet area. Just not what I expected. The room was great and its a perfect location.

Great service, friendly staff. No ice machine, which is odd but the concierge did deliver a bag almost immediately when asked.
After checkout, I realized that I had left my wallet in the room. One quick phone call left me feeling confident that it would be retrieved and kept safe while I took my family up the gondola for lunch. Upon our descent, it was safe and sound with security.
Wonderful property! I hope to be back this winter.
泳池太小了。房间隔音不好。邻居的说话声和做事声都能听见。停车很糟糕。只有地下两层。停车位是史上最小的，而且光线很暗。我们是4号去的，所以人很多。工作人员非常友好。食物价格贵得离谱。火锅餐厅利用度假者。价格真的很高。
性价比很低。
入住登记员（男）服务不周到。很难通过电话联系到酒店。客服人员的行为和沟通都不专业，没有提供与住宿质量和价格相符的客户服务。以后不会再住了。还有停车费等隐藏费用。入住期间也没有客房服务或房间清洁服务。无法直接回复是否可以提前入住，对于长途跋涉来这里住宿的人来说，这很令人失望。

地理位置很棒。可惜浴室里有一团头发，房间感觉不太干净。前台服务态度很好，但完全没有受过专业培训，无法提供帮助。
