Really like the location of the hotel. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is good. Parking is $55 a day, which is absurd, but we can park on the street free with parking passes.

Went to a show at the Salt Shed and this was an easy 10 minute walk to the venue. Valet parking is $45 (so $50/55 with tip), but we used Spot Hero to find a nearby garage for $15 overnight parking. The breakfast was amazing; they typically have certified gluten-free options, but were out during our stay. However, our child with celiac was able to eat a yogurt bowl with fruit. Great experience overall!!! Will totally be staying again next time we go to a show at the Salt Shed.

The room is spotless with a comfortable bed & nice seating area. The bathroom is clean, towels are fluffy, excellent water pressure. We stay here whenever we visit my daughter in Chicago. Oh, and the rooftop bar/cafe is a big plus. It is a great hotel!

The room was clean, staff was courteous and excellent breakfast. However, the heating was extremely noisy we had to switch it off and then we freeze. They said that it is the way it is???

酒店很棒，员工也很友善，屋顶酒吧/餐厅也很棒。唯一的问题是凌晨两点半，我们窗外的街道中央，经常有车爆胎，而且停了很久。这显然不是酒店的错，但确实打扰了我们。
这次体验很棒，我订了一个大房间，里面有两张大床和一个沙发床，但是沙发床不能用。所以我哥哥把它重新组装起来，自己睡在了沙发上。
体验很棒！工作人员非常有礼貌，乐于助人。房间干净舒适！我唯一的抱怨是停车费。考虑到房费，停车费绝对应该包含在内。我觉得每晚额外收取55美元的费用相当昂贵。
工作人员非常不合作，他们自己出了错误，却没能帮我更改预订。体验太差，钱也打水漂了。
街上噪音太大。其他都还可以接受。停车场管理员的服务很棒。
