Rooms smelled horrible like cigarettes. Hotel did not reimburse refund after I complained and had to be moved to a different room. Customer service was very rude. I would NEVER stay here again !

There was a roach in our bathroom, there were hairs all in the beds, and the breakfast was barely anything.

Is taking forever to get deposit back can instantly take my $100 deposit but take forever and a day to give it back and i still havnt received it i never smoked nor break anything in the room so why its taking so long to receive you tell me wont come here again tho

The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean smelled good, and nicely decorated. I didn’t go to breakfast. My room was really nice spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. My princess was able to stay in my room for a very good fee. The bathroom was nice, but the walk-in shower had no grab bars. I only gave 4 stars, because the WiFi was a bit weak, the refrigerator and microwave were small. But overall the Microtel Inn & Suites will be my go to for my next visit. I would recommend it to everyone.

Was a great stay for what we were doing. The rooms were very nice. The common areas were also very nice. The halls and elevator were a bit dated but they had modernized the rooms. Good stay! Breakfast needed a bit more. Eggs, bacon, etc. Still decent.

Checkin was great. No issues. The AC did run well, which is great. It seemed like you all were trying to upscale the hotel by putting in a sink/bar in the room I was in, but the whole other side of the room was empty, like it would normally have a chair and a couch w coffee table or something, SUPER odd. But I wasn't there for entertaining, it was just me, so no biggie. The only issue I had was there was someone smoking pot in their room on my floor. I did notify the hotel staff, but this is not the only hotel... this is a RAMPANT issue everywhere I stay... and it's disgusting.. No smoking means NO SMOKING.. they should be heavily fined... maybe they'd stop!

Meets expectations . Daily room service, though the bathroom floor never got cleaned (moped) for the three days I stayed in there (reason I took off 1 star). Overall, it’s a great place for the price. Highly recommended!
