前台接待员热情周到，聊得很愉快。房间维护得不错（没拍照），住一晚感觉挺好的。酒店附近就是Paradigm Mall，照片里是我买的DipnDip巧克力可丽饼，超好吃😋
房间打扫得非常敷衍，卫生间里有没用完的卷纸，门把手上还挂着喝剩的饮料。卫生间的下水道散发着一股恶臭，让人几乎无法呼吸。吹风机虽然能用，但整个设备就靠一根细细的电线连着，非常危险。另外，加的枕头已经发霉了，枕套闻起来也很糟糕。空调倒是正常工作，但每次刚进房间时，空气都会很闷，而且湿气很重。第二晚回来时，房卡怎么刷门都没反应。不过，员工的服务态度还不错。

一家交通便利、停车方便的平价酒店。
房间的清洁度还算可以接受。位置很方便，离Paradigm商场很近。床垫很舒服。水和咖啡的冲调也很棒。唯一不满意的地方是房间有点热，空调不够冷。
位置超赞，旁边就是商场，吃饭的地方也很多。走着就能到！
办理入住时的客户服务体验本可以更好。前台那位女士一直在玩手机，根本没理会我入住的详细信息。就连晚上值班的那位男士也同样漠不关心。我真不明白，这些员工是怎么能坐在那儿做自己的事而不是工作的。地理位置还行，但入住体验绝对糟糕透顶。房间破旧不堪，窗台坏了，房间里有浓重的烟味，家庭房毛巾数量不足，电话也坏了，没有Wi-Fi密码，空调还漏水。客人的安全很重要。我们遇到太多次醉酒的住客，他们和工作人员争吵，整晚都吵吵闹闹的。他们甚至试图不轨。我们没有向前台反映，因为他们的客户服务太差了。完全不跟客人互动，我自己也是酒店业人士，觉得这简直荒谬。员工必须经过培训，确保入住质量。他们接待的这类客人可能会影响其他人的入住体验。特别是窗户都坏了，被盗的可能性很高，所以我不得不把所有私人物品都随身携带。总的来说，我很庆幸能和我的孩子们以及年迈的母亲平安无事地度过，但我们再也不会回来了。
