Broken bed, single sheets on a double bed, broken curtains, no hit water, coffee machine not able to use as no coffee pods, poor service in bar and restaurant. The complete package of a zero star hotel

Rodeo weekend, our room overlooked an internal carpark which became a loud music playing disco until 5am each night. Also disappointed in wotiff for not warning us. $300 a night for a room that you couldn't sleep in at night!

Had a sky light in our room.. right above the bed so the sun woke us up very early

The property has no secure car parking. The room I was in had mold in the bath room and the ac had a mind of its own.

Great Staff Friendly. It's an old hotel but a good one. Bed very comfortable. Defiantly stay again.
虽然房间有些老，窗帘有些损坏，但是整体氛围非常好，毕竟快一百年的老式酒店，英伦风情，非常喜欢，早餐非常好！建议选带早餐的房间。下次来还会住！
设施非常复杂，接待处是一次巨大的旅程，工作人员也不是很称职。豪华房，你得找豪华。没有电梯！

我住的是伊萨豪华天窗，价格有点贵，因为房间介绍里有一张照片，从窗户可以看到矿井全景，但是墙上的照片（根本就不是矿场的照片）矿井）称为天窗，但完全在外面没有光进来。空调遥控器的电池没电了，房间里的灯泡也坏了。
位置很好，但是房间和照片上的不一样，所以有点失望。我想要一些可靠的指导。
我不推荐它。
