The rooms were okay—modern with a rustic touch. Comfortable enough for a short stay. The location is great and the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. That said, this hotel isn’t for everyone. I smoke cigars and vape, and the strict no-smoking rule was the biggest downside. If you want to smoke, you’ll need to go to a designated area in the back. Smoking outside is prohibited—the guards will stop you, and there’s a ₱3,000 fine if you’re caught. The rooms also aren’t soundproof. You’ll hear people in the hallway—and even what’s going on in the next room (I could clearly hear the “boom boom boom”). Not exactly ideal if you’re after peace and quiet. Another major issue is the lack of elevator for guests. During our stay, we had to walk up flights of stairs to the 3rd floor, which was tough especially since we had a senior with us. Carrying luggage up and down also made it inconvenient. Overall, the location and staff are solid, but the strict smoking policy, thin walls, and lack of elevator make it less comfortable. Fine for groups on a budget, but personally, I wouldn’t stay here again.
很喜欢酒店的位置，离伯纳姆公园和市中心都很近，交通便利。景色也很棒。唯一不太满意的是房间隔音效果不好，隔壁房间的声音听得很清楚。服务很好，早餐也不错。最后，希望房间的清洁度能有所提高。

这个stupid的酒店，设施超级烂，管理非常差劲，与其价格严重不符，其员工只会做表面功夫。吹风机是坏的，烧水壶是坏的。事后居然还有脸反复发垃圾邮件骚扰求好评？
我们要求了一间安静的房间，但是其他客人的噪音很大。除此之外，酒店地理位置便利，员工很乐于助人，总是面带笑容。
我们住的房间在他们所谓的“新翼”，但一点都不令人满意。灯光有点暗，淋浴设备也有问题，维护不善。虽然酒店正在装修，但我们完全没有受到打扰，这点值得肯定。早餐很简单但还可以，员工都很友好乐于助人。如果房间能升级一下，消除那种阴森森的感觉就更好了。
