Our stay was wonderful, in a clean room, and we enjoyed the breakfast. We used the Park and Fly that was so convenient along with the airport shuttle. The staff was knowledgeable regarding shopping and restaurants. We are very grateful to Anna, the General Manager who helped us resolve a weather related issue. We would definitely stay again.

We booked here because of the free airport shuttle, and while arriving late (11:45) we were still in the pick up zone but were not picked up. The front desk guy said ‘it went straight to voicemail, you should probably just get an Uber’
This cost us an additional $25 which was even more frustrating because as we were waiting for the Uber we saw the holiday in shuttle cruise right past us.

Staff was very kind, friendly, and accommodating, which I truly appreciated. However, there were a few concerns during my stay. A spill on the floor extended from the front desk to the elevator and even up to the second floor, and it remained there from Friday through Monday. When I mentioned it to the front desk, I was told that sometimes the floor gets dirty and there isn’t anyone available to clean it. My room itself was comfortable, but the air conditioning didn’t work properly. Overall, the staff’s attitude was excellent, but cleanliness and maintenance could use improvement.
