My room had an odor, the pool, fitness center and main floor bathroom down for mainenance. Seems like somehting they would let you know in case you want to go elsewhere. Breakfast was luke warm to cold. Wouldve been good if warm or hot. My sun shade would not stay up. The iron worked well, though.

I liked the closeness of the hotel to Piedmont Hospital. It would be really nice if there was a complete path to the hospital. We walked it first on the sidewalk then on the grass.
The breakfast was really good.

This was a decent hotel. I was there in an emergency situation, as my family experienced a house fire. The staff was nice and front desk personnel was hospitable. I have no complaints. It's not the most convenient location for entertainment. There are lots of food options that are nearby.

I had just arrived from the airport and needed an early check-in to attend a funeral. There was availability, but the manager said I’d have to pay $50.00! Unless… I had IHG membership. She seemed surprised that I did! So then she says o.k $25.00… as if she was making some kind of deal. I was pixxxd!

Most all of the staff was wonderful except for the young woman that checked us in late on Wed, May 28th. She was extremely rude and n made us wait while she was just sitting there on her phone, and she didn't have a name tag on. I was shocked at how terrible she treated us!

Next room played loud music all night until 6am. After we reported the problem at 3am, the clerk said she knocked on the door but no response. Nothing further was done.
Not acceptable.

I booked this after working 18 hours doing construction I wanted a place that had breakfast in the morning to avoid having to go pick that up in the morning. Checking in was fine but that morning at about 4am the power to the whole building went out. I had to get ready in the pitch black. My morning did not go smooth whatsoever which was a bummer way to start my day.
