室内装修可以说是简陋，毫无设计和舒适可言，空调响得在火车轨道边一样，餐具还有霉点，入住四天只有一次housekeeping，沟通多次没有用，都是忽悠。以后都不会相信万豪商旅了。
工作人员非常友善。入住手续办得超级顺利。公寓状态很好，也很干净。地理位置绝佳。就在One World观景台附近。
太棒了！位置非常方便，无论是去布鲁克林的上城还是下城都很便捷。可惜的是，酒店外面是个施工工地，所以在我入住期间非常吵闹。如果能有自助洗衣房就更好了。

尽管我已经支付了房费，但由于酒店内部问题，我却被困在街头。我至今仍在等待退款！
我们（3 对夫妇）在纽约华尔街附近这家位置优越的酒店住了两晚。一切都非常令人满意。电器（包括洗碗机）、配件和餐具均可。物超所值。受到推崇的。
房间很暗，根本不像 Sonder 网站上的照片，窗户很脏+++，浴室很旧，缺乏照明+++，因为窗户很小，所以需要良好的光线。非常令人失望，等了三天后，找不到另一个房间，所以我们离开了酒店。鉴于这种令人无法接受的情况，Sonder 补偿了我们剩余 4 天的费用。二楼是唯一不错的地方，非常明亮，有一个大台球桌，屋顶也不错，但我们不能在那里吃喝。 尽管如此，Sonder 的工作人员还是非常令人愉快的。
