Room was clean, the hallways needed to be vacuumed which we did not see what for the three nights we were there. Also, on check in, we were not told about having a breakfast package with $40 credit per day until the day of check out. That was disappointing since we didn’t charge to our room the first night and paid for our drinks at the bar. Also, we were convinced to sign up for Hilton Honors and would get a $25 credit which was not applied and on check out the front desk had no idea what we were talking about.

The stay was great and everyone that worked there was very kind and professional. If I had only one complaint it would be that she shower did not drain well. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Had a phenomenal trip! The staff was incredible, helpful, and responsive. They answered all sorts of questions. We hosted a work trip in their banquet rooms and the staff were unbelievably attentive. We will definitely be back!

This property is well located to the downtown square and good restaurants. It's a little bit more of a hike to the campus if that is your destination.
