I'm forgetting names but I'll describe what happened from check-in to check-out...I was very tired and it was around 9PM when I checked in on 9/25. The woman at the front desk was not friendly, didn't smile as she checked me in. Room was as expected, clean and comfortable; that was great. Went to the bar/restaurant for dinner before it closed. I sat at the bar. Ordered a drink and food. The bartender was chatting with another customer while standing in front of me and holding my drink. I thought that was rude and unprofessional. Deliver my drink and then have your convo...then I waited what seemed like a long time for a burger with a side of fruit. I asked the bartender how my burger was coming. She told me that the order was timestamped at a certain time and it was now 20 minutes later (I think). That's the explanation? Rude. Food finally came. Burger was well done not medium as I ordered it. I told her that and she put on her cheaters to examine doneness and told me that it was done correctly. (Meanwhile, everytime she looked at the POS, she got close to the screen but for my burger, she put her cheaters on!) Check out the next morning was a refreshing change. The lady at the front desk was warm and friendly. She smiled. She answered my questions politely and with a smile. At least I was left with a good impression of the staff but it certainly didn't start that way.

Spacious, clean room, friendly staff, entertainment, and great dining. We could’ve stayed there and had entertainment for the weekend and not really had to go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were celebrating our 40th anniversary. We are so grateful that we decided to stay at the Hilton.

Room difference
Didn’t get what I thought was a double sized room. Titles on hotels website is misleading. The king size bed is in a standard sized room not anything different from any other room in the hotel.

Ok stay
The room was very nice and comfortable. The location was nice and quiet and the hotel appeared large and fairly new. The restaurant only had one person working, and after waiting 25 minutes for service we left and got fast food. The pool needed cleaned desperately.

I booked the property for my parents who were traveling through the area and they were so happy and pleased with everything. My mom is kind of hard to please so her being happy with the property tells me it was really excellent.

The complementary breakfast was poor for a Hilton Hotel. I expected more. The you build the egg sandwich was a very below standard and was out of all the ingredients to make it. We ended up leaving to find breakfast food. Very disappointing

We didn’t like the soft water but that’s not the hotels fault. Lol
