Breakfast options were great. Everything was presented and prepared well. Lots of options. The accessible room had 7 bars in the bathroom. Only thing I would suggest is a mat for the bottom of the tub as it was a bit slippery. We used a hand towel in the bottom for safety reasons. Highly recommend this hotel.

The entire property was being cleaned with a carpet cleaner so the carpets were all wet and I sat in a wet chair in the lobby because there was no sign. I would have stayed somewhere else if I knew this.

1 night stay during travel - king room. Arrived late & left early. Breakfast was very good - waffles, bacon, biscuits, egg/cheese omlette, cereal, yougurt, toast. Staff was friendly & helpful.

My favourite lodging experience when visiting from Medicine Hat Canada. Love the location warm friendly helpful staff and the outdoor living space with pergola and fabulous large gas BBQ are exquisite🌹

It's a comfortable hotel in a well located area. Kids liked the pool. We requested cleaning, was told our room would be cleaned, and then it wasn't. When we returned for the day, we were told the cleaning staff had gone, so we were out of luck. It's frustrating when we follow the protocol to request cleaning, confirm it, and still received no housekeeper services. But this is the nature of most hotels now. So we would stay here again. Everything else was satisfactory.

Pros: Very clean, convenient location, nice staff. Cons: noisy on the weekend (right next to busy road). Shower was a bit awkward - you turn the water on and the reach means you’re getting wet before the water is warmed up. No towel hooks near the shower, so be creative where you’re hanging them to dry.
