Staff were great - We were move from our first room because of an ant issue. We were given a $25 dollar drink coupon at the bar. They moved us without out an issue but I felt $25 was not much of a compensation. The area around the hotel is convenient to most things but the homeless are all around and make the area smell of urine. The overall hotel is nice but be prepared for a timeshare sales pitch before you can get your room key.

The staff was great! The pool is just a dipping pool, and there is no dining on site which we weren’t expecting. First time staying in a club like property.

Sue at the front door always makes our trip! She remembered us and is always so friendly. And she gave us a good restaurant recommendation. All the staff were great. And the room was very clean.

不值得这么忙乱和麻烦
抵达新奥尔良后，为了省点停车费，我把车停在离酒店一个半街区远的车库里。在九十多华氏度（约30摄氏度）的高温和高湿度的天气里，拖着行李走到酒店，我浑身大汗。我试着办理入住手续，却被引导到另一张桌子去取房间钥匙。负责办理入住的人当时正在接待另一位客人，让我等了大约三十分钟才过来——然后他又试图让我加入度假俱乐部。我不想为了拿房间钥匙而去推销——我想回到房间凉快一下。总而言之，从进门到最终到达房间，整整一个小时。这简直令人无法接受。
我第一次想洗澡的时候，火警警报响了。我赶紧起身，打电话给前台；他们派了一位工程师过来，告诉我是淋浴喷头冒出的蒸汽触发了警报。下次我关上浴室门，把浴室的吊扇开到最大功率——这似乎解决了问题。但是，连蒸汽和烟雾都分不清的火灾报警器还有什么用呢？
房间本身干净整洁，厨房设备齐全。如果我多买了些杂货，我本来可以住更久，但最接近杂货店的地方就是街对面的兄弟炸鸡便利店。
我以后可能会再来新奥尔良，但不会再住这家酒店了。虽然房间不错，但不值得这么麻烦。
没有泳池
预订酒店时，如果酒店设施无法使用，应该通知客人。入住酒店后，发现酒店泳池、热水浴缸等设施无法使用，真是让人烦透了。
事实是，我们付了钱却得不到应有的服务，而且由于酒店泳池无法使用，所有入住的客人都应该享受折扣！
如果空调能正常工作，这本来会是一次很棒的假期。第一次通知酒店后，我们尝试“重置”并更换滤网，空调确实能用了，但房间温度始终没能低于74华氏度（约23摄氏度）。第二次通知酒店却无人理睬，我们只好退房搬到另一家酒店。提前退房时我通知了前台，他们说经理第二天会联系我，但之后就杳无音信了。我没要求退款，也没指望能拿到退款，但酒店如果能主动沟通就更好了。房间温度达到80华氏度（约27摄氏度）时，实在太热了。
总而言之：地理位置绝佳，员工服务周到，套房宽敞。酒店需要加强暖通空调系统的维护，让其他花费高价入住的客人也能满意。酒店也需要改进沟通方式。
入住体验糟透了……工作人员态度冷漠，非要我去VIP房间才肯帮我办理入住……当时已经是晚上8点半了，我根本不想走VIP通道。前台接待员就坐在那儿跟保安聊天，害我等了45分钟。我一直要求直接让我去房间办理入住，但她根本不理我。服务极其不专业，完全不顾及客人的感受。好不容易到了VIP房间，工作人员依然不称职，根本没法帮我办理入住，结果一个小时后，你猜怎么着？最后还是前台接待员帮我办的！以后再也不来了！！
他们极力想让我接受他们的分时度假计划。因为我没有接受，所以他们对我的问题和要求都不予理睬。
