The property was beautiful. The rooms were clean. The front desk was polite and professional. The hotel is walking distance. It’s a different popular bars and restaurants are definitely will be staying there again.

The room was cute and clean. The TV was only basic cable. Smart TVs would be a nice touch, for people who need to stay in the room for an extended period. The hotel is very convenient to food and to the interstate and to shopping. The staff was about 50/50. Some were snippy and some were courteous. No laundry facilities. There's a $55 charge if you want your laundry picked up and cleaned. The food in the restaurant downstairs was mediocre but not overly expensive.

我们预订的网站上写着有泳池，但实际上根本没有。你甚至不能接触水。所以，预订这里的人请注意，凤凰城这家酒店没有泳池。我不得不花额外的钱去别的地方游泳。我再也不会住在这里了。大家预订的时候一定要看清楚，Trip.com不是个好网站。
