The First Room was NOT Clean and the second was not bad but had it’s problems as well and for what I was charged I expected at least for them to have clean better and it was full so I had to deal with what I got the second time

Air conditioner started making a bad squealing noise in the middle of the night. Body wash was empty. Staff was nice and room was ok.

Room had a bad BO smell and we saw a cockroach in the hallway. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good the only thing was the parking lot could have been better if people weren't purposely parking in 2 spaces.

Once you get past check-in, it's a good hotel
This was my second stay at this hotel. Both times, we waited almost 10 minutes waiting on staff to check in... This time they could be heard laughing and talking in the back. A bell or something needs to be in place, so people aren't standing there waiting. Otherwise, we loved our stay. The room was clean, The AC was cold, and breakfast options were good.

The cleanliness was horrible. The toilet was not cleaned properly, with feces marks left in the bowl. Very disgusting. There was various hair everywhere in the shower and a dead cricket in the restroom.

The Manager was accommodating, attentive and responsive to our requests for a Handicap Accessible room. The room was clean and the staff were friendly upon arrival.

We checked in for two nights and had to move rooms FOUR times. No sheets for the pull out, chips on the floor from a previous guest, very bad smell in the rooms and finally an air conditioner that leaked on the carpet. One staff member was lovely. The other was rude, unhelpful and didn’t even attempt to assist. Don’t stay here!
