Check in was easy and very efficient. The man who checked me in was no polite and courteous. He was great. The room was so clean and I love the shower. What a beautiful design. The woman who checked me out this morning was very polite and efficient as well. Top rating from me.

Only concern I had was the air quality. Definitely think the hotel should look into its HVAC system, air in the rooms was somewhat musty and bothered my (normally resilient) sinuses.

Check in staff was excellent. Came to our room to adjust our tv so we could watch Blue Jays. Couldnt have been better

The hotel was nice and new on the inside. We had a lot of heavy stuff and there was no elevator, a bit inconvenient. No gluten free options at breakfast and breakfast was served from 5-9. A bit early to close breakfast in my opinion. Other than that it good.

Solid stay. Due to the kitchenette the room had a bit of a lived in smell but I have stayed here previously without same issue.
Staff were helpful, location is perfect. Room was excellent and modern. Only gripe is considering the depth of competition in the area this stay is more of a 110-125 range. Little over priced for slower season.
Overall would recommend and predictably solid stay!

凌晨 2 点，我醒来觉得很冷，于是走到窗边的加热器旁。加热器上的标牌上写着“使用恒温器”。我走到恒温器旁。设备没有灯，也没有电源的迹象。我试过所有按钮来打开它。然后，发现设备没有电池，根本无法工作。所以，我冻了一整晚。
我起床后去了卫生间，冲水时，把手不工作。所以我拆下了马桶水箱的后盖，不得不伸手到水里拉链条，因为它已经断开了。我试图将链条重新连接到杠杆上，但看起来它要钩住的凹槽已经断了。剩下的旅程，我不得不拉动水箱底部的链条来冲马桶。我没有给前台打电话，因为当时是凌晨 2:30。
第二天早上退房时，我把以上所有事情都告诉了店员。他的回答是恒温器有电，但客房服务人员肯定把它关了，预订时又忘了把它打开。至于厕所，他说“对不起”。
我非常失望地离开了。
