The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Debbie at the front desk was so helpful and super nice.

This was the worst stay we have ever experienced. The staff was nice, but that was the only good part about it. The walls were so thin a neighbor blowing his nose woke us up from a dead sleep. The sound of the busy street could be heard as if you were right there and it kept us up the rest of the night. Our television didn’t work and the Customer service rep said he could not help us, but would have to call a technician. By that time it was 10 at night and we did not want to wait for hours. Our automatic shade did not work so we could not let in the outdoor light.The breakfast was so so. We left there feeling more tired and stressed out than we did when we got off the road. We will never stay at one of these again

The room was spacious and very clean, with easy access to the freeway and restaurants. I will definitely come back again.

The managers at this facility are unprofessional. I brought a concern to them about housekeeping, and they didn’t acknowledge me or addressed the situation. I asked for somebody to come up and smell the bed that was in our room and she would not come out. I also have pictures of the stains and smells that we encountered with this mattress. Horrible customer service.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Need more food prepared for breakfast so everyone has warm food to eat.
