The room was large and very clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I didn't hear anyone in the rooms next to us, and enjoyed the quiet location but nearby to lots of restaurants and shopping. This is a beautiful hotel, very pet friendly with reasonable prices. The breakfast was also really good with a lot of selections.

Friendly Staff, Fresh Breakfast! Loved walking around the pond at night. Very close restaurants and shopping options that are walkable. Room was clean and AC worked very well!

在我所有的全球旅行中，我一直认为加州洛杉矶的智选假日酒店是最好的，因为它靠近机场（可能提供机场接送服务？），但步行即可到达我们租车的租车点，而且沿途有侧人行道。然而，这家智选假日酒店已经超越了我在加州的体验。办理入住的员工非常出色。Anthony Joho展现了出色的多任务处理能力、解决问题的能力，并且对客人非常乐于助人。办理退房手续的两位女士和一位拉丁裔男士也同样非常出色。所有人都超出了我的预期。
房间有些怪味，因为美国酒店都是可以带宠物一起的。厨房的电电磁炉并不是太好用，就请前台的小姐上来帮我们弄，就是那些按键有一些不是太灵光。早餐还是不错的，早餐厅那二个服务生非常好。离超市很近。
我搞错了，跟跟之前住的有一点混淆。这个酒店前台的服务生非常热情，后来还帮忙找零钱去让我们能用那个洗衣机干衣机。我们订着没有厨房的房间。整个房间都是比较舒适干净，没有怪味，床和枕头都不错。早餐厅的两个服务生非常好。
