我对酒店、维护和服务非常失望……我完全听从了谷歌评论和 YouTube 评论的建议，预订了两晚标准间，花费约 15400 卢比……当我到达那里看到房间时，我的整个计划都泡汤了……房间很乱，而且没有任何维护……当我进入房间时，房间里散发着恶臭，我感到窒息（附件是凌乱房间的照片）。浴室的门是塑料的，墙上有一个洞……所有的昆虫都住在那里。我也需要对餐厅发表评论……餐厅很小，最多只能容纳 20 人……我们在自助餐上用餐时往往会和其他人一起倒下……我觉得这是浪费金钱和时间，毁了我的流浪计划，实际上我预订了 2 晚，但 1 天后就回来了。

Wonderful stay at The Foggy Knolls, Vagamon. The views were beautiful, rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful — special thanks to Nivya for her warm and kind service. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!

Vagamon is an absolutely beautiful area of Kerala, well worth a couple of days' stay, but one that many visitors miss out on as they enjoy Munnar, Thekkady, Kovalam, Allepey and the Backwaters. We were so glad we didn't miss out. Sadly, we didn't choose the best hotel. Firstly, it's important to say the the staff were all lovely, caring, do-anything-for-you people. The restaurant team were a joy: Manu looked after us brilliantly, and patiently taught me as much Malayalam as I could cope with; Rajeet (I hope I remember his name correctly), the Keralan chef, delivered fabulous dishes (I'll never forget the Syro-Catholic Beef Curry). The location and staff deserve a better hotel, sadly. We stayed in one of the cave rooms. I imagined staying in a genuine cave room carved into the rock; not a room in a complex made of moulded plastic or fibre-glass (or whatever the material is). The cave rooms are DARK, with small (and rather dirty) windows. I needed to use my phone torch to find anything in a my suitcase! The was no aircon: not great in the heat of the day. No fridge in the room to keep drinks cool. No wardrobe or hanging facility; yep, let's see if I can find something in my suitcase. Old, worn out towels in a wet room that had mould. Outside, the pool area is a building site. The villas' walls have paint peeling off them. At the front of the villas, the view is staggeringly beautiful, but there is no comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the view (just a few hard, stone benches). I think Foggy Knolls is being renovated; there is some work going on. I hope this work is radical and delivers a hotel worthy of the location and the lovely people who work there. It certainly isn't that at the moment.

The customer service was exceptional. The breakfast boufet was nice. Overall, a great experience. If you have elderly people , i wouldn’t suggest the cave room though. The normal villa’s would be best for the elderly people which is also great.

We stayed at Knolls with our family and had a very pleasant experience. The place was clean, calm, and well-maintained, making it perfect for a relaxing family stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. The surroundings were peaceful, which helped us unwind and spend quality time together. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance, and everything was well organized. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely recommend Knolls to families looking for a peaceful and hassle-free stay. We would be happy to stay here again.
