Staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to be gracious. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety and everything was quickly refreshed.

Water up to my ankles taking my morning shower and a room that obviously had been smoked in. Poorly lit as well. 3:30am heater went on and woke me up sounding like a hurricane coming. Doors in hallway bang closed. I paid $300 for a 9.7 rated hotel that at best is a 6 or 7. Who wrote the reviews that got them a 9.7? Must have been family and friends. What a horrible experience. I had to ask the front desk at checkout if they were going to ask how my stay was. Terrible property and kids running the front desk all for the low low price of $300 plus per night.

Although the exterior and lobby look updated and fresh the rooms need some attention. My room had a bad odor and the carpet had stains all over it. I’m guessing that contributes to the odor. The pillows also should be replaced with ones that are clean and don’t smell of body odor. Not sure I would stay here again.

Staff and hotel were nice. Some problems with air conditioning, otherwise room was great. Trouble with sleeping due to outside noise. Limited eating establishments close by.

I stayed in this same motel 3 weeks ago. My main complaint is with the pillows. They go flat as soon as your head lays down on them. Everything in the room is fine, but the pillows need replaced for ones more plump.
