Super loud hotel, doors opening closing all night long. I am not a light sleeper, could totally hear traffic all night long. My car was broken into in “their parking garage” beware there are no cameras. Didn’t feel safe at all. Never again.

Clean & updated but the hotel charged me $250 for a “smoking fee” when my mom was not smoking inside the hotel room. She smoked outside the hotel and then brought a cup with some water in it outside with her to put her cigarette in it and throw it out in our hotel trash can. So they automatically charged me $250 since they found cigarette butts in the trash can. I tried to call them 3 times and they said they would have a manager call me back and they never did. Horrible service, won’t be going back.

Desk staff were very solicitous. Cleaning staff were fine but could be a little more detailed. Restaurant breakfast was fine but nothing special.

酒店本身很漂亮，但这却是它唯一的亮点。我预订这家酒店是因为它楼里有一家餐厅，结果却发现餐厅因为举办婚礼而全部关闭。噪音简直令人无法忍受——走廊里砰砰的关门声、外面的车流声，还有婚礼队伍在外面拍照时不停的喇叭声，根本无法入睡。房间里的冰箱也用不了——冷冻室完全冻住了，所以冷藏室根本无法工作。床也硬得要命，我从来没睡过这么硬的酒店床垫。总之，这次入住体验非常令人失望。
酒店员工热情友好，尤其要感谢Lilah和Monique。酒店完美融合了上世纪的古典魅力与现代气息。
酒店附近有干净整洁的餐厅，但酒店餐厅周日晚上不营业，只有酒吧开放。
