Elevator was out once I’m in a wheelchair was an inconvenience but was fixed quickly only 1 elevator worked they did not clean rooms daily only got clean towels when asked they didn’t empty garbage we did

The hotel itself was clean, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. On our second night of our stay, there was a high school soccer team staying the night and group of them was very disrespectful yelling, jumping up and down above us and keeping us up all night long. I called the desk at 2:30am and they stated they would go tell them to settle down. At 3:44am, I called the desk again and it was obvious that the guy at the desk never went to tell them to respect those around them. There was no sleeping at this hotel with all of the disruptions from the other group. Too bad the employees didn't care about the other people staying the night that they were keeping up all night. No discount given after complaining during checkout. I was given a card for a free appetizer with purchase at Texas Roadhouse that was only good for the Greenville, SC location. A lot of good that will do being that I'm not from around there and checking out to go home.

以我们付的价格，我们本来可以住6号汽车旅馆的。电视整晚都坏了。网络大约凌晨3点才恢复，因为电话响了。一台咖啡机因为没有滤纸坏了，另一台咖啡机几乎没用。我不知道，我只是希望以152美元一晚的价格住得更好。
房间里有股难闻的气味，迷你冰箱更糟糕。水槽上有口红印，垃圾袋挂在垃圾桶上，我不得不把它们放进去。真是太邋遢了。早餐不错，床也很舒服。
不会再住这里了
入住过程非常顺利，房间还算干净，浴室就差强人意了。床特别硬。第二天早上的早餐简直是笑话，选择很少，而且他们似乎没有提供任何帮助来保持所有食物的供应。以我们支付的价格，我住过比这里更好的房间和早餐，以后不会再住这家酒店了。
这比我想象的要好。早餐很美味。
