I am truly sorry to learn that your experience did not meet your expectations and would like to clarify a few points.On the day of your departure, the room category you had reserved was already fully sold out for incoming arrivals. These rooms needed to be prepared to welcome new guests. Even so, understanding your safari plans, our team extended a late check-out until 1.00 pm. At no point were late check-outs categorically denied. After reviewing our records, we are unable to trace any email request regarding late check-out prior to your arrival.Regarding the backpack, it was unfortunately left behind in the lobby by your son, not by our porter. As the bag contained no identification, we were unable to determine ownership and, in line with hotel procedures, it was placed in Lost and Found for safekeeping. Once you reached out to us, we took immediate steps to arrange its return. Given the importance of the item to your son, although the delivery cost was declined, we ensured the bag was delivered securely to your requested hotel at no charge.As you were departing the country within 48 hours and considering our remote location in Yala, regular courier services were not available to deliver the item in the required timeframe. The option we suggested was the only safe and reliable method within that period.We also noted your scores for amenities, cleanliness, and surroundings. 不愧是开业时总统来剪彩的酒店。应该算是目前斯里兰卡最豪华现代化的度假村了。可能因为定的是泳池别墅的关系,房间体验确实很好。现代化程度很高。而且早餐坐在室外的区域也不会很热。服务员都是很有眼力见的,晚上在室内看到穿衣服会主动过来问要不要给你条毯子。
去沙滩的话一天只有两个时间段,还必须要有员工陪同。因为在国家公园内会有野生动物经过。但确实非常值得一去,沙海天的景色十分迷人壮阔。

酒店很有特色,出行都有管家开个小车接送.从进入大堂开始就感觉很贵气,房间非常漂亮。最主要是服务好啊,感觉比罗莱夏朵好太多,赶上朋友生日还给准备了惊喜,送了巧克力蛋糕和手卡,非常棒的体验

酒店非常的漂亮 房间很大 整体酒店给人的印象非常豪华 我们晚餐也是在酒店吃的 服务非常好 第二天的早饭也帮我们准备好了 唯一伤心的是 我们晚上很晚才到 第二天一早又要坐吉普出去玩 没有时间好好欣赏酒店😭😭😭😭😭
房间豪华舒适干净,空间很大,服务人员非常热情,早餐晚餐点餐的,每一道的味道都很好,大堂景观很壮阔,但是由于晚上6点后不能自由在外面活动,住一晚连海滩都没机会去,有电瓶车到房间和大堂。早上safari后10:15回到酒店吃完早餐回房间收拾东西就到点退房了,要求去海滩看一眼,也说中午不开放还是时间不够不让去。健身房不知道有没有,游泳池有的还挺漂亮但没时间去。酒店内部道路是泥路可能还原原生态吧
就在雅拉森林公园里,景色优美。游玩的设施和餐食选择比较有限,就一个餐厅。特意安排了一顿海边晚餐,体验还不错,食物不错,服务的小哥也蛮好。第一天开始的入住还可以,值得小费。
后边的缺点就是,服务差。第二天早餐点的吃的都上了,喝的东西落下了,叫服务员也一直叫不到,餐厅其实很小,但是就是服务跟不上。果汁和茶到最后也没上。
再一遍,服务确实跟不太上。会员申请延迟退房,一直没有回应,说打电话回来也一直没打。然后就是12点要求退房,很仓促。
怀着非常气愤的心情写下这篇,这个酒店大家一定要避雷!
首先这家酒店的服务和价位完全不符,接待人员态度松散,由于隔天的 safari 想要咨询延迟退房的服务,写 email 没有回应,问前台查也不查就说酒店全订满了不提供此项服务,但是晚上吃饭只有几个人,问了餐厅服务小哥说一半房间都没订满。
第二天退房,lobby 行李大哥把孩子的双肩包拉在大堂,开到下一个目的地也没有任何人打电话或写 Email 来提醒我们丢了行李,直到晚上发现后与酒店联系,被告知双肩包从 yala 花两天寄到科伦坡居然需要 250 美元! 我现在严重怀疑他们是故意的!!!
顶着奢华酒店的 title 却还没有全季的服务,这家酒店可以就地倒闭!
酒店非常好,无可挑剔。定的酒店的Safari,虽然有点贵,但是一路畅行无阻不用排队进场。酒店的餐食也非常不错。房间非常大,非常舒适,很新。在斯里兰卡最好的一天体验
环境、设施、服务各方面都很不错,是这次出行最满意的酒店也是最贵的,定的双人房一开始问酒店加人需要150美金,但是最后我们加人以及点的早餐加起来也才700多rmb。去雅拉很近,但是车子开进的路很崎岖,我们包的轿车开的很艰难。
如果早上去雅拉的话,酒店可以打包早餐,但是那个早餐非常难吃,后来我们是回来后再点餐的(需要收费的),点餐的那些挺好吃,问服务员推荐即可。
没有部分评论说的不安全,连只🐒都没碰到。我们大晚上出来拍到了很好看的星空,但也被工作人员过来提醒了要注意安全。
