We were nervous after reading conflicting reviews but the place was perfect and so spacious! Loved the balcony and the view! The only complaint is the kitchen was very understocked. Would love to come back!

Great concept...contactless access is in theory only, however. This was a weird location with open field in front (overgrown weeds?) and no curb appeal. The lock seldom worked for me; the app mobile access was a hot mess. Fridge wasn't on; dirty dishes in dishwasher when I arrived; balcony door was unlocked. The upside: cool apartment. The customer care just wasn't ready for prime time. It feels like it would have been easier to stay at a hotel with these types of issues.

I wish I could say I loved this place but I can't. First, be aware that it is right by the highway so you hear it all night. Second, it is right across from the hospital which ambulances were going in and out all night. Guess that is why you get earplugs by your bed. The worst part that my reservation was for a one bedroom....but in no where in my reservation was it told that my living space was downstairs and you had to climb up a set of steep stairs for the king bedroom. (and no tv up there!) Being elderly, it was not easy!! Also, there are no restaurants around the area to walk to.

The apartments are nice, but I totally do NOT recommend going there! Out of a 3 nights stay, I have been unable to enter my room, or lock it, without having to call the customer service phone number (the app wouldn't get validated as I have a foreign telephone number)... On my last night, all security codes, even wrong ones, would open my door...not reassuring when you are a woman alone in an apartment!!!

Awesome location and really nice and beautiful room! The bed and matras were above typical hotel standard. Made me think of Westin. My wife was quite impressed that does not happen easily. We rented it as a staycation to get some time away from the kids for a weekend. Also quite some great restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood. We'll be back!

I enjoyed the style of the space and all of its amenities. I felt very at home in this place that felt like a floating house on the skyline. The staff I did have to interact with in-person were all very nice and helpful. When someone parked in my garage space they were fast to respond but slow to fix the problem and that was very inconveniencing on time as I am here on business. Then to find it was a staff member and they were slow to correct didn't really sit right. All in all, I was pleased with the spaces and cleanliness and would definitely recommend this sander to people.
我通常不写评论，但这次入住体验让我觉得有必要写一下。以下是事件的简要概述，方便大家快速了解。从一开始体验就很糟糕，我们无法进入车库（我们预付了停车费），我不得不联系客服人员解决问题（等了好几分钟）。之后，我们又进不去房间，因为门禁密码无效（蓝牙非接触式门禁也无效），所以我们不得不再次联系客服人员并等待。最后，他们远程打开了房间，我们才得以进入。进入房间后，房间看起来还算过得去，但当我妻子指着“干净”的床单上的鞋印时，情况急转直下。仔细一看，我们发现被子上似乎有血迹。于是，我们把床单都换了下来，（在工作人员的建议下）用了沙发床的床单（尽管尺寸不一样）。不出所料，沙发床的床单上也有污渍。淋浴间很不干净，墙上有头发，而且到处都是污垢。其中一间卧室的天花板腻子都脱落了，另一间卧室的墙上还有洞。说实话，住宿期间有很多小问题我可以忽略，但这次我觉得有义务提醒其他旅客。我们都知道，我们睡的床和用的淋浴间，前一天晚上可能被我们不认识的人使用过。但是，我们不应该在房间里看到他们存在的直接证据（头发、污渍，甚至可能是血迹）。说实话，我觉得照片已经说明了一切。1. 尝试进入车库，但密码无效。2. 尝试进入房间，但密码无效。3. 床单很脏，上面有鞋印和疑似血迹。4. 天花板上的腻子脱落了。5. 淋浴间里有头发和污垢。
非常好，状况良好，干净，舒适，交通方便。位于市中心，位置非常好，靠近该地区的所有旅游景点。宽敞的客房，每间都设有自己的浴室。此外，它还设有一间社交浴室。唯一的缺点是炉子是电磁炉，没有所需的锅碗瓢盆。
