This is a pleasant hotel close to downtown on a tuk tuk ride to the city. Oddly, we were the only people staying here, so service was personal. The on site bar was small and we had to pre order breakfast the day before (?). Rooms were older but clean. The property needs some attention, but it was not in bad condition. We were here as part of a 17 day tour so I don know about value or pricing. I would look at other options in the area before booking.
