Perfect location with well furnished spacious room, neat and clean everything due to very busy house keeping calm atmosphere sevice and amenities are above expectations.

Location is very convenient for going to the Srinathji temple. Road getting to the hotel is somewhat rough, but the hotel layout and care was exemplary. Food in the restaurant was vegetarian and the included breakfast was excellent.

- DO NOT STAY HERE. - The rooms were spacious but hotel is very UNCLEAN. The towels and linens did not appear as if they were washed. The bathroom smelled like sewage. You could hear all the noises from the street until late hours of the night and starting early hours of the morning. - The main perk of staying here is you are located just a few minutes walking distance from the temple and can easily come and go for the darshans. - My recommendation to anyone concerned about being able to attend multiple darshans is to stay at another hotel such as the Radisson, take the van to the temple area, and take time to walk around the area near the temple which has plentiful shops in between darshans. - The restaurant at the hotel itself is flavorful.

This hotel has a very good location.it is so close to the temple and has a huge neat and clean suites.Food is good and staff is so welcoming.They greet by saying Jai Shree Krishna every time they meet you and even on phone. I strongly recommend this place in Nathdwara.

Pathetic Rooms . Horrible maintaiance . Old broken furniture no proper house keeping . Rooms smell bad . Asked for change if room was refused . wanted refund as was not happy for the money i paid 7000 per night but was refused . Worst hotel to stay for the price being charged . Towels were also not clean . bed sheets were having stains . Horrible experience

e stayed here with family for one night during our visit to Nathdwara Shrinathji Temple. This hotel is situated extremely close to the temple. It is a truly luxurious experience blended with a touch of heritage. Most importantly, the staff over here is extremely cooperative and helpful beyond your expectations. We had a late night train and thus we checked out of the hotel room and kept our luggage at the reception. We had a child and she was not feeling well by evening, and I approached the Hotel and asked them if she could just sit at the reception, however, the manager heard my conversation and he arranged a bed for my child to rest without me even asking for it. Mr Kaladar is the incharge of this place who was happy to help us in this regard. Such experiences are unforgettable. We have stayed at other properties of Lords at Shimla, Manali, Dwarka, but this was one of the best properties, even within the Lords chain of hotels and resorts. The service is just excellent. The property is huge and spacious. The rooms at this hotel are one of the most spacious I have ever seen. We stayed in a premiere room which had a living area and a bedroom with two bathrooms. After Service and the room quality, what matters most is the quality of food. The breakfast and dinner was very nicely cooked and tasty. With regards to location this hotel is situated right in the main market. The road which leads to Shrinathji Temple. All major shops are right outside the hotel. They will also help you regarding Darshan in case if you are a first time visitor like I was. I would really like to thank Mr. Kaladhar, Deepali and other staff at this hotel for being cooperative and maintaining such a beautiful place to the best of their abilities. I highly recommend people to stay at this hotel. It is worth the money. I have attached a few images and videos which will highlight the decor and the true heritage touch at this hotel.
