HORRIBLE
Room stunk like **** (skunk), they give you 2 towels and if you need more you take the used ones to them and they wash them and bring them back to you. Took over 10 minutes for someone to come even check us in. There’s not extra lock on the door, the bathroom door won’t shut all the way and the lock hinge is hanging off the wall. Tv won’t even change channels, pillows are tiny and very worn out, the beds are NOT queen size like we reserved, the beds are hard as rocks, homeless people hanging out in the stairways, people in the parking doing *****.

After 7 PM, they close the lobby. You have to walk the stairs to go to your room. They shut down the elevator. The place is dirty. The place is messy. The owner is nasty and rude telling us to shut up while he’s talking very nasty place to be with it needs to shut down and rebuild and the State need to come in and clean it up

Do not let the reviews fool you, we booked a room for one night trying to save some money as the online reviews looked fine. It ended up being disgusting. We walked into the room and the lights wouldn’t turn on, smelled of fresh cigarettes and shortly after sitting down, there were cigarette butts on the floor. We asked for a refund as I felt unsafe without any lighting in the room and could hardly breathe with the smell. We were told to contact ******* by the owner, and then ******* told us we had to contact the owner. He offered to change the room while we were on the property and then again with ******* to which we declined due to the smell and no guarantee of cleanliness. We ended up walking away empty handed after contacting *******, they contacted the owner and nothing could be done. Spend your money else where, i would have rather have slept in my car.

The facility is the opposite of the pictures posted online. The outside is not very clean but the rooms are clean at least. The facility had a group of guys who looked questionable who stayed in a specific area all the time and there was a fight outside my room door the night I stayed. I was staying the night before a cruise. I would recommend people avoid this hotel if they have their family and children. I made the best of my one night but would not stay again.
