This was our first time staying at Palace Inn Hotel easy accessible from the freeway and downtown is just 15 minutes, we enjoyed everything here from checking in to checking out. Front desk staff was amazing very attentive! room was immaculate, very clean and smelled fresh, we received room service everyday which was very convenient and helpful they have grab and go breakfast in the lobby we grabbed some yogurt and juices. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers looking for comfortable, safe and secure hotel on the east side of Houston.

Rooms are always nice and clean. Housekeepers do a great job keeping the rooms and grounds nice and clean and stocked with essentials. Front Desk Agents are always nice Mike and Kenny. Will definitely be back. Also the rooms have fridges an microwaves.

Great experience. We stayed over night for a pass through trip. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel has been remodeled. They took the time to think of all the little things. They didn't skimp when doing the remodel. Very clean and comfortable.
