We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!

It was hard to find where the actual entrance was based on the pictures. The stairs are actually around the other side. Once inside the property was fine, but we kept finding SO many spiders. Both dead and alive and some still smeared on the walls from previously being squished. Overall the stay was fine, the upstairs neighbors were kind of loud as well at some points.

我们一行四人入住了两晚。无需上州际公路，即可轻松前往西雅图市中心。住宿安全舒适。非常感谢方便的路边停车。地下室单元的进出非常方便，只需使用密码锁即可。我们还会再次入住这里。
很棒的两居室底层，床很舒服！非常干净整洁。如果您觉得在街上停车不舒服，房子里有主要停车位。一切都在很短的车程内。
非整套房子
虽然房源信息写着“整套房子”，但这套公寓其实是地下室，楼上似乎有两个单元。天黑后楼梯和走道的照明有限。街道噪音很大。楼上单元的淋浴间漏水到地下室，当时我们正坐在沙发上，于是我们给房东发了短信和邮件，房东说他们正在给楼上单元打电话，告诉他们淋浴间出了问题。每次他们洗澡，我们都会被雨淋到。衣柜里似乎还有霉菌。除此之外，房子还算干净。房间里有香料、咖啡和肥皂等便利设施。地理位置优越，去公园和动物园都很方便。
上面说整栋房子都是我的，错了！！！我们被安排在地下室，走道维护得很差。晚上我进来时摔倒了三次，因为那里没有灯。我在浴室里，我听到一个男人在打电话，但当时我们旁边没有男人。我听到楼上那个人在和别人说话，我正要睡觉时还打呼噜。床垫也不舒服，我以为他们只是给了我们弹簧床垫让我们睡觉。负责这个单元的物业公司，你听不懂他们说什么，因为英语不是他们的第一、第二或第三语言。我要我的钱。我本来想为我的家人度过一个特别的周末，但我 87 岁的父亲却不得不到处走在不平坦的人行道上！！！我要我的钱，******* 应该和这些所谓的出租屋断绝关系。
