I arrived early but they let me check in fine. It's not a new hotel so there is wear but they are keeping it up, room was clean, I slept decent.

Shower head is very restricted and difficult to adjust the water temperature. Good all around deal for the price.

The interior of the facility was filthy like our run down room with dead bug guts smashed on the walls of room and bathroom.

Even though the rooms were remodeled a while back, the place needs some loving care. The beds are horrible - barely slept through the night.
Check-in was ackward. Had to "call" person to the front. Just didn't feel welcoming.

酒店回复: Thank you for your recent stay, sorry for the inconvenience that you was not satisfied with the bed but some some guest are much likely very happy with the bed and some doesn’t , we can not keep happy each and every guest with the all the accommodations but we try our best, as far as to call in front to welcome guest it’s just because for the guest convenience we don’t want the guest to wait to attend them as the front dest doesn’t just work in front but has to work in the back too .

This is a great little motel. Rooms are clean and updated. You are able to park directly in front of your room.

We booked a hotel in Cleveland and when we arrived they said our reservation had been canceled. Without any reason or notice. And it was 11:30 at night. Luckily we found The Falls motel about 45 miles away. The drive was easy and the motel was right off the turnpike. When we arrived the hotel manager was a pleasant man even though it was 12:30 am. We parked right in front of our room. The room was simple and very clean!!! Cold a/c, hot shower, clean towels and the bed was comfortable. We ended up staying another night. This little motel saved our tired a$$es and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Really quite a decent place for the money. Very close to the highway. I like the fact that you can pull right up to your door. The only problem is there’s not too much food nearby in case you want to eat in your room.

I liked that they had an iron and board. Staff was friendly and helpful. It would be better if they had a chair outside the door. The shower did not have anywhere to turn it on. You had to turn on both faucets and then it would start. No matter how you set it, the water would turn freezing cold and then scalding hot to warm etc

Perfect overnight stay while on the road. Right off the highway. The only complaint I have is NO COFFEE! Luckily there is a gas station within walking distance.
